Major Requirements for Solar Panels Import in Pakistan 2024
There are many pre-requisite requirements before starting solar panels imports. Few major requirements are listed below
Business Registration
A legal business must be registered in Pakistan any of the possible form. There are three major type of business registrations in Pakistan
- Sole Proprietorship (FBR)
- Partnership firm (Registrar of Firms)
- Private Limited / SMC-Pvt Limited (SECP)
- Limited Liability Partnership – LLP (SECP)
Your business must be registered in one of the categories mentioned above, must have active bank account with business title.
AEDB Registration is considered mandatory for Solar panels imports in Pakistan for LC opening
There are 02 major requirements, first one is PEC Registration, and second mandatory required is AEDB registration now PPIB registration
Company must have valid GST registration, provincial Tax Registration (PRA, BRA, KPRA or SRB)
